Senior Associate, Healthcare Direct Strategy & Operations

The Strategy & Operations Senior Associate for the Healthcare Direct Group will act as a dedicated resource at the transaction level to assist in tracking/analyzing all aspects of deal related activity. The Associate will work with the Sales and Marketing & Analytics teams to identify market trends/opportunities, track and highlight competitive dynamics, and manage internal information flow as required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for complete and up-to-date Salesforce data, including pipeline accuracy

  • Track and highlight competitive dynamics

  • Manage master Direct Client database and update various coverage lists using external data resources

  • Partner with Marketing & Analysis and Sales Leadership on sales force effectiveness and to drive effective sales force utilization

  • Participate on weekly pipeline calls

  • Assist in maintenance of the Tombstone database / League Table process

  • Research, identify and track overall client activity

  • Assist Team Leads in general information requests

  • Maintain master debt and EV comp databases for various sectors

  • Assist in the preparation of client transaction marketing material including pitch book development and other marketing initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask & effective communication skills

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Experience working with improvement methodologies

  • Experience with marketing and quantitative analysis

  • Experience in researching market data

  • Experience delivering data quality and reporting solutions within the financial services industry

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business

  • At least 1 year of analytically oriented financial services experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
