The Retail Bank is embarking on an audacious blitz to grow Customers and deposits – via compelling new products, competitive pricing, and groundbreaking marketing strategies. As we attract a wave of new Customers, we want to provide a great Customer experience and also deepen our relationships with them. We recently launched an ambitious program to better onboard our Customers, deepen relationships with them, and prove to them why they should make us their primary bank.

The Marketing Investment Decisions And analyticS (MIDAS) team is looking for a talented analyst to help us crack the code and understand which strategies are ROI+ and which will propel the step-change growth that we’re chasing. Are you interested in identifying optimal strategies and figuring out what mix of channels (from owned channels like the website, to digital, social media, email, and direct mail) work best? Newcomers to the Consumer Bank will find a young, pulled-up-by-the-bootstraps, hungry organization looking to expand rapidly, build national-scale, and frankly shock the industry – using marketing as a key lever to do so. Roles in the Bank tend to be broad in scope and responsibility and this opportunity is that on steroids. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Analysis: Construct ROI analysis’ of our marketing investments for executive leadership. Provide business recommendations to Director+ pod leaders on marketing spend allocations.

  • Marketing: Work with key partners to develop valuations solutions tailored to marketed populations and de-averaged by segment (e.g. product, channel, and marketing offer type).

  • Partnership: Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization including: Marketing pods, Decision Sciences, Product & Pricing, Finance and others – to deliver powerful solutions that can help us make better decisions and boost the Bank’s performance right away!

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)

  • At least 1 year of experience in analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

- Masters Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering

  • CFA, SQL, SAS, or FRM certifications

  • 1+ year of experience in Statistical model building, market research, SQL querying

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis in a corporate setting

  • 1+ year of experience in consulting
