Senior Diversity Recruiter
Perform on all recruiting activities for a distinct line of business and/or location (tends to be exempt populations). Work with hiring managers as a staffing consultant to identify resource needs, create job descriptions and candidate profiles. Develop internal and external recruiting strategies. Execute strategies and meet demand by working with other recruiters and recruiting coordinators. Accountable for overall recruiting and on-boarding process integrity, quality and budget maintenance.
General Responsibilities: % of Time
Sourcing, recruiting and interviewing potential candidates for hire. 50
Client Management/interaction with hiring managers. 25
Administrative tasks to adhere to the required process, policies and compliance steps (OFCCP). Data Entry, Scheduling, Candidate travel, OnBoarding, etc. 15
Project Management - organize and manage recruiting events. 5
Special projects, ongoing training, meetings. 5
At least 1 year of experience as a full life cycle recruiter
Master’s Degree or MBA
At least 3 years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter
Proficiency in recruiting systems
