Sr. Associate, Partnerships Marketing

For this Sr. Associate role, job responsibilities will require the ability to:

  • Be passionate about delivering value for our partner’s brands

  • Leverage data and consumer research to identify and infuse marketplace insights into product, experience design, and marketing

  • Craft marketing briefs that inspire creative agency and design partners to develop breakthrough communications and experiences

  • Drive creative testing: Work directly with cross-functional partners to develop and implement learning agendas.

  • Manage marketing projects from intent through delivery. Includes oversight of the creative development process to ensure marketing is on-brand, high quality, aligned to our strategic intent and delivered on schedule.

  • Work effectively in cross-functional Capital One and external Partner teams, including comfort operating in agile marketing environments

  • Be a collaborative teammate – bring a positive attitude and willingness to respectfully push teammates toward excellence

An outstanding candidate will have:

  • Curiosity and creative thinking to uncover and apply deep consumer insights.

  • Experience with a variety of digital marketing channels, such as email, text/push notifications, social media platforms, search engine marketing, and content marketing.

  • Experience analyzing marketing campaign KPIs and customer behavior metrics to understand marketing opportunities.

  • Experience with user-centered design - comfortable working with UX and other digital/visual designers

  • Flexibility and attention to detail - must be able to manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while maintaining excellent work.

  • Highly effective communication skills with outstanding written and presentation abilities to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, dynamic environment
