Sr. Process Manager - Architecture Governance

As a Senior Manager, Process Management, you will lead process innovation and execution for the Card and Small Business Architecture Team. The processes you and your team develop and operate will ensure appropriate review of the division’s most important software projects, facilitate the discovery of software re-use opportunities, and ensure metadata is captured and continuously refreshed.

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process professional who excels in a team environment. This individual must effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple seniority levels. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are essential to success.

General Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop direct reports

  • Influence a wide-array of SMEs to achieve common goals

  • Work with executives to define KPIs

  • Diagnose process deficiencies

  • Design new processes or remediate existing processes

  • Instrument processes to report process health

  • Own internal technical products (e.g. web portals) that are instrumental in the operation of processes you own.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in Process management

  • At least 1 years of experience in People management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified in Lean, or Agile, or Six Sigma, or Business Process Management

  • Process Management (i.e. LEAN, Six Sigma), Compliance (i.e. CRCM, CIPP, etc.), Business Process Management experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in Process management

  • At least 5 years of experience in Project management

  • At least 5 years of experience in People management
