Business Banking Sales & Service Delivery (Virtual and Escrow Business Development Teams)

As the VBB and Escrow BDB Delivery Manager within the Business Banking Sales & Service Team at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects focused on our Virtual Business Banker and Escrow Business Development Banker teams. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the company. Responsibilities of a Senior Manager consist of:
Supporting moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects and peers
Ensuring projects are meeting the needs within Business Banking by providing subject matter expertise
Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery including change management
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
The person will:
Exhibit outstanding problem solving and influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts
Display a passion to drive business results as both an individual contributor and subject matter expert for Business Banking
Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with a matrix agile team and key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
At least 3 years Business Banking experience
At least 3 Years of Project Management experience
At least 1 Year of People Management experience
5 years experience in Sales Delivery or Sales Management
3 years of People Management experience
Experience within a virtual environment
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
