Client Solutions Change Management Principal Associate

Client Solutions works with commercial clients, both proactively and reactively, for all their servicing needs. Our associates are on the frontline, delivering on our commitment to provide a beautiful client experience.

At the Principal Associate level, you be a team member in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will need to have exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal), a positive mindset and, above all, a “client first” work ethic. You will be required to balance risk to Capital One while delivering an industry leading experience to clients.

General Responsibilities :

  • Contribute new ideas to the team to challenge “the way it’s been done before”. Be curious about emerging technology and concepts like design thinking, agile project management, engaging marketing strategies

  • Keep track of your own progress with change deliverables in a fast-paced environment and provide relevant updates to internal team and leadership, when required.

  • Work with multi-layered teams for strategic programs / initiatives, to understand critical business requirements and change impact, and integrate the change management strategy and deliverables

  • Partner with communications and training organizations within the organization to align on change impact, messaging, audience, timing and approach

  • Build competencies as a Change Practitioner and serve as a champion for change across Commercial to help others deliver improvements that increase associate engagement and transfer knowledge

  • Collaborate with Client Solutions Knowledge Team and other appropriate organizations to provide holistic strategy for behavior change, readiness, and associate experience

  • Develop metrics to monitor adoption and effectiveness, to identify resistance, performance gaps, and to enact action plans.

  • Represent, recommend, and speak on behalf of Client Solutions with internal partners and clients based on proven track record of excellent judgment

  • Develop broad and comprehensive solutions based on the ability to identify “big picture” linkages across the value streams, technologies, and experiences

  • Independently deliver results which routinely exceed requirements and expectations

  • Maximize team results by acting as a role model in how to effectively operate within a team

  • Travel to client sites when required

  • Work on projects as requested

  • Own your individual development

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or Military Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) or the Google Suite

  • At least 2 years of customer service, business process, or project management experience.
