AML Process Manager

Job Title: Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Process Manager

Job Level: Associate

Monitor and manage pipelines for multiple lines of business across Anti-Money Laundering (AML). Work creation and distribution, production reporting, and FTE tracking. Collect and analyze data and find useful and creative ways to present data to the respective audiences. Communicate updates with internal customers on new and existing processes and provide internal customer support as needed.

General Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pipelines of multiple workstream through work creation/distribution and daily queue monitoring and reporting

  • Assist with short term capacity planning by staying in constant communication with leadership and gathering the necessary information as business needs evolve

  • Maintain and develop useful reporting to assist with the daily needs of AML leaders

  • Monitor Paid Time Off (PTO) thresholds, decision PTO requests, and update appropriate trackers and calendars; additionally, will help manage the annual PTO bidding process

  • Help monitor and maintain consistent FTE tracking at a granular level

  • Accurately report on where the queues are at and forecast where they will be in the future

  • Research best practices

  • Collaborate with teammates on larger initiatives; may participate on cross-functional project teams and provide input for process improvement initiatives

  • May develop project plans to execute process development and/or re-engineering

  • Communicate updates with internal customers on new or existing processes; may include communications at the executive level; may provide customer service or training to users on process updates or rollouts; may deliver presentations

  • May perform process or parts of the process as needed

  • May or may not manage other associates

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or military experience

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and basic reporting skills)

  • At least one year of experience in Business Process Management or Project Management or Relationship Management or Risk Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Lean or Six Sigma certification
