As a Business Director at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You'll team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line. This specific position gives accountability over the products and experience Capital One provides to customers who are struggling financially to help them get back on track. Through refining existing products and developing new ones, as well as leading the development of effortless digital experiences you will have the opportunity to make significantly positive impact in our customer’s lives when they need us most.

Here’s what this will look like on a day to day basis:

  • Define a data driven product strategy that aligns human-centered problems with business and regulatory demands

  • Deliver the strategy by effectively leading development and launch of new products and experience opportunities (including defining and measuring OKRs) from concept, to MVP, to scale

  • Leverage an iterative test and learn approach to develop data driven strategies

  • Provide leadership, motivation and hands-on direction to analysts, product managers and tech teams

  • Communicate strategy & successes to division leadership and the broader organization

  • Cultivate a fast-moving, results-driven culture

  • Recruit top talent and investing in their success

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 7 years of experience in analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree

  • 10+ years of experience in analysis

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services

  • 1+ year of experience in consulting

  • 3+ years of experience in people management
