Learning Associate Measurement & Reporting

Summary:

Supports or manages day to day learning program and/or process requirements as Scrum Master for agile pods. Collects learning data regarding the training programs supported, analyzes the data and provides recommendations that guide direction for learning and agile process improvements. Creation and management of reporting metrics to identify the health of the network and drive continuous improvement opportunities with measurable outcomes based on findings. Works closely with Learning Consultants regarding the learning programs they own, provides recommendations and monitors based on metrics. Prepares reports, decks and presentations, as needed. Partner with diverse teams within COF to develop and implement learning strategies to the extended enterprise. May be responsible for account management of third party learning vendors, budget, etc. Assists with other learning needs to include compliance and other specialty projects. Provides customer service to various internal clients regarding learning programs through client conversations and in partnership with other learning professionals on the team.

  • Provide Scrum Master support managing day to day for pods in an agile environment

  • Utilize suite of data metrics to create reporting that identify health of network and training opportunities

  • Learning project coordination/ support

  • Reporting/Evaluation of Training Programs

  • Collects learning data regarding the Associate Readiness programs supported, analyzes the data and provides recommendations that guide direction for learning process and agile improvement.

  • Gathers learning data and provides recommendations for options in support of a client needs; supports identification of process improvements

  • Communicates with clients and act as subject matter expert for any learning management systems or processes

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree or Military Experience

  • Training 101 certification or American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) certification

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM)

  • Business Process Management Certification (BPM)

  • Proficient in Excel

  • At least one year of experience in BPM, Lean, Agile, or Scrum Product Owner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least one year of experience in Human Resources, Project Management, or Facilitation of learning events

  • At least one year of experience in conducting analysis of learning event data and researching various education channels to then provide recommendations for enhancements/changes

  • At least one year experience in training design, development, and delivery; client consulting; project management; data analysis; training facilitation

  • Tableau/Birst experience or similar data visualization experience

  • SQL Knowledge

  • Teradata/Redshift experience
