Senior Manager, Product Manager, Growth and Usage
The Sr. Manager, Product Manager, Growth and Usage (PMGU), is focused on leveraging data and systems across the entire Digital Commerce portfolio to help accelerate product acquisition, retention, usage, and impact. This role will work with our internal marketing partners to leverage our owned-and-operated platforms for product acquisition, while also leading efforts to use outside resources to accelerate growth. The PMGU will work closely with other product managers to analyze all stages of their product acquisition and registration funnels to find opportunities for optimization, cross-sell bundling, and assist in finding new avenues to grow top of the funnel and streamline lower funnel. In addition, the PMGU will work with our Analytics and Product Ops team to analyze customer usage, and continuously identify patterns, churn and drop off to create engagement triggers, improve overall retention, product performance, and usage. PMGU will also take lead on designing product dashboards that can be used to measure acquisition and product KPIs (e.g. overall usage, usage against a goal, and period/period performance). These will be used for daily performance tracking, weekly metrics reviews, and monthly business review meetings. In addition to usage metrics, the PMGU will work with product leads and our data analysts to build and track the impact of our products against business KPIs; reduction to OpEx, spend, LTV and related metrics.
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
MBA or Master’s degree
3-5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
3-5 years of experience in Agile product management
