And now, our Portfolio Strategy team is looking to add a Sr. Data Analyst Manager to grow our current team.

A typical day in the life of this Sr. Data Analyst Manager :

  • Partnering with the Product and Regional Analyst teams to prioritize our data roadmap and identify new data sources we want to tap into

  • Brainstorming different ways to leverage data to solve complex problems and understand how our real estate portfolio, employee amenities (food, fitness, conferencing, transportation, business services, etc.) and security helps our employees do their work and feel safe

  • Partnering with our Technology team to grow our data environment in the cloud and investigate new data sources for future products and use cases

  • Consulting on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems

  • Assuring we have unassailable data in the cloud that can be leveraged to solve problems across our Workplace Solutions and Global Security teams

  • Collaborating to build predictive models that help us make proactive decisions and manage our portfolio in real time

  • Identifying and implementing process, data and reporting improvements for Workplace Solutions and Global Security

Let’s get down to basics:

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 5 years of experience with professional data analysis

  • At least 2 years of experience with open source data technologies

  • At least 2 years of programming experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in people management

Preferred qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or Doctorate in a Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience manipulating and performing analysis with large data sets

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and validating statistical models

  • 2+ years of experience with data governance

  • 2+ years of experience with predictive analytics

  • 2+ years of project management experience

  • 2+ years of experience with a variety of data languages and analytical tools (Python, Tableau, R, Hadoop)
